I’m a writer and content strategist located in Austin, Texas.
Currently, I’m Social Media Strategist at The Zebra, the nation’s most visited car insurance marketplace. In addition to managing the brand voice across all of our social media profiles, I’m a contributor to our publication (Quoted), creator and host of our monthly Twitter chat (#ZebraChat), and manage social media ads on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Before joining The Zebra, most of my previous work revolved around writing blog posts for businesses and agencies. I’ve written copy for websites, email newsletters and eblasts, internal documents, and more.
I’m a fan of serial commas (aka Oxford comma), but I write AP Style for most client and professional work.
Writing is my passion. I’m always working on personal projects: teleplays, comedy sketches, fiction, essays, and anything else when inspiration strikes. When I’m not working, you can find me at one of Austin’s local improv theaters, writing at a coffee shop, or at home binge-watching something horribly addictive.
